What you get

You write the email. MailSequoia looks after everything between pressing send and your message arriving. Here is what that covers.

Your name on every email

People open email when they recognize who it is from. With MailSequoia your emails go out under your own name and your own address, the one with your business in it.

We also vouch for every email on your behalf, a bit like a signature at the bottom of a letter. It tells the other side that the email genuinely came from you.

Nothing changes about how you write. You keep sending the way you do today.

A setup that is only yours

Every customer gets a place of their own with us. Picture a tree in a grove with its own tag: easy to find, and nobody else's.

That keeps everything tidy. It is always clear what belongs to you, and a change made for another customer never touches your setup.

Replies that find you

Email is a conversation. When someone answers one of your emails, their reply comes back to you, so you can pick it up and carry on.

We hold on to replies for 45 days. Save anything you want to keep for longer.

A list that tidies itself

Two things should stop you emailing someone: their address no longer works, or they have said your email is unwanted. MailSequoia notices both and stops sending to that address for you.

Dead addresses
When an email cannot be delivered because the address is gone, we remember that and stop trying.
Unwanted email
When someone marks your email as spam, we hear about it and stop sending to them too.

A sequoia grows new wood over a fire scar and carries on. Your sending does the same: the problem is closed off, and everything else keeps going.

A count for every day

Every day of sending is counted. You can see how many emails went out on each day, watch your numbers build, notice a spike, and check your bill against something real.

A drawing, not real data. One band per day; wider bands are busier days.

Ask for your numbers at hello@mailsequoia.com and we send them to you.

Set up for you

Getting you ready is a single step on our side. Everything you need is prepared together, in one go.

You get a short welcome guide, written for you, that covers the little that is left on your side. If you get stuck, write to us and we help. The getting started guide shows what to expect.

Good to know

MailSequoia is young and deliberately simple. A few honest notes before you write to us.

  • You write your emails wherever you write them today. MailSequoia takes care of sending them.
  • Your contacts stay with you. There is nothing to upload.
  • Accounts are opened by invitation. There is no sign-up form yet.
  • Your numbers come by email for now. An account page is not here yet.
