Plans sized by what you send

There is no price list and no checkout. Tell us how much email you send, and we quote for exactly that.

Every plan includes the same six things

Plans differ in how much you send, not in what you get.

Read about each one

  • Your own name and address on every email.
  • A setup that is yours alone.
  • Replies that come back to you.
  • Dead addresses and spam complaints taken off your list automatically.
  • A count of your email for every day.
  • Everything set up for you, in one go.

How a quote works

We ask three questions, and the quote follows from the answers.

  1. About how many emails will you send each day?
  2. How many different names or brands do you send as?
  3. How many people on your team need to see the replies?
How do I sign up?

There is no sign-up form yet. Write to us, tell us a little about what you send, and we open your account by hand.

Why is there no price list?

Because the cost of delivering email depends almost entirely on how much you send, and that differs a great deal from one sender to the next. A quote for your numbers is more honest than a table of guesses.

Is there a free trial?

No. MailSequoia is invite-only for now. Starting small on the Seedling plan is the simplest way to try it.

What counts as an email?

Each email sent to one person counts once, on the day it was sent. Your daily count shows the number for every day.

What if I start sending more, or less?

Tell us. Plans are sized by what you send, so a real change means a new quote.

Not sure which plan fits?

Skip the choosing. Request access, tell us your numbers, and we will say which one you are.
