Your email goes out under your name. Replies come back to you, and every day is counted.
Everything else stays as it is
Starting with MailSequoia does not mean starting over. Your website, the email address you already use, and the way you write all stay exactly as they are today.
Getting ready takes a few minutes of your time, and sometimes a few hours of waiting while everything settles. We keep an eye on it and let you know by email when you are good to go.
And if you ever decide MailSequoia is not for you, leaving is just as simple. Tell us, and we help you undo it.
What happens after you press send
Three things can happen to an email, and MailSequoia looks after each one.
It arrives
- You press send, the way you always do.
- MailSequoia sends it on, under your name.
- It reaches the person you wrote to.
- Today's count goes up by one.
It cannot be delivered, or is not wanted
- The address turns out to be gone, or the person marks your email as spam.
- Word comes back to us.
- We put that address on your do-not-send list.
- Later emails to it are stopped for you.
Someone replies
- The person answers your email.
- Their reply comes back through MailSequoia.
- It reaches you.
- You carry on the conversation.
